How to order

1. Review the web site and make a selection.
2. Contact us (rickhardin@cox.net) with any questions or to request a quote. Please remember to include your shipping address.
3. We will respond to your email as quickly as we can with a final price, including shipping costs.
4. If the item is not in stock or is a custom order we will give you an approximate shipping date.
5. Respond to us to place your order.
6. If the merchandise is available we will issue a PayPal invoice for the total amount.
7. In the case of a custom piece we will send you a PayPal invoice for a 25% deposit. When the item is completed a PayPal invoice will be issued for the balance of your order including the shipping costs.
8. Shipment of your order will be made after receipt of final payment.
